Getting to know the Standards
This webinar was held on Friday 30 November 2018
The Australian Aged Care Quality Agency is offering a program of compliance assistance to support the sector during the transition to the new Aged Care Quality Standards. This webinar will support this program and raise awareness of the new Standards by:
  • Supporting managers to engage with the Guidance materials;
  • Providing information about the intent and requirements of each Standard;
  • Describing how providers can assess their performance against each requirement through a self-assessment; and
  • Outlining the steps you can take to prepare your organisation for assessment against the new Standards.
This webinar is designed to support providers who were not able to attend a face to face information session. The information provided during this webinar will be consistent with the information provided during these sessions.
